i'm waiting to go bowling, which is one of my least favorite activities, but which i'm trying to learn to enjoy, because changing circumstances require other changes, too, and i don't want to spend too much more time alone in this house.

in any unfortunate situation--you know, the kind where you sit in a chair bewildered by how stuck you became, all of a sudden it seems, and how do go about getting unstuck?--i believe there exist a number of options.

for me, right now, the easiest solution, the one that made the most sense--important for me, since i'm so dedicated to making sense, since so many of my actions make sense--was to learn to like bowling.

daniel fills a flask with tequilla, and it doesn't look as if he's bringing any limes.

i can learn to like tequilla without limes. the idea is the most daunting part. once you get past that, though. yeah.

i can adapt. here we go.
