not yet i can't

i'm at coffee culture, desperately trying to write a story which does not involve the usual topics and themes. also which avoids autobiography.
i can't, yet, but here are a list of sentences that have nothing to do with anything. don't ask me what they mean, or why they're so bad, because i don't know.
1. I want you to know that I fully expect you to follow the directions in this letter, the letter read.

17. By what standards do you criticize me? I have trouble understanding.
18. These double-jointed people jump up and down, their limbs moving in every which way.
19. Before I can run under the tree, a hawk swoops down and snatches a piece of moss.
20. Prague reminds me of the time that you and i sat on the bus singing jazz.
21. Young men walking on the highway hold out their thumbs, their feet.
22. Chairs and doilies, she said, adding emphasis to "and," so I'd know that anything is possible.
23. The kinds of couples that laugh at cheesy jokes make me nervous.
24. Mariel stood up, smiling, and then all of a sudden, she shouted the first twenty digits of pi, her eyebrows drawn together.
25. If I could lay back onto any item, I'd choose freshly cleaned undershirts--the cheap kind.
