i went jogging today! i wish i could put more emphasis on that sentence without using more exclamation points; it is a significant event.

i went jogging today! I didn't get shin splints like last time (my first attempt at jogging). i went on the grass near my old elementary school. some peopel drove by and it embarassed me but i thought about my dad and it made me strong.
